FREEDOM CONFESSIONS
Each month has 30 or 31 days. There are 10 Confessions so if you recite one each day you will be saying them on the average of 3 times each month. Saying them out loud will eventually allow them to drop into your spirit and they will become part of HOW you act. Each confession is based on Scripture and can be considered Gods WILL for our life.
These confessions contain the POWER to change your LIFE. As you APPLY them to your life the WORD of GOD contained within them will help TRANSFORM YOU into the IMAGE of CHRIST.
I urge that you DAILY affirm them OUT LOUD so you can hear yourself speaking what GOD says about you. Print them out and keep a copy in your Bible or place one near your computer so you can see it often.

FREEDOM CONFESSION #1
I place all my trust and confidence in the Lord Jesus Christ and I put no confidence in the flesh. I declare myself to be totally dependent on God. I know that I cannot save myself, nor set myself free by my own efforts and resources, but realize I have to apply Gods WORD to my life in order to walk FREE from sin's bondage. I know that apart from Christ Jesus I can do nothing. I know that all temptation is an attempt to get me to live my life independently from God, but God has provided a way of escape from every tempting thought that presents itself to my mind.
FREEDOM CONFESSION #2
I consciously and deliberately choose to submit to God by obeying His WORD. I will resist the devil by denying my SELF and my own ways; picking up my cross daily and following Jesus. I know that my soul realm (mind, will, and emotions) was not designed by God to function as master. God wants His Spirit to master my soul. I know that rebellion to Gods Spirit is as the sin of witchcraft, and insubordination is as iniquity and idolatry.
FREEDOM CONFESSION #3
I choose to willfully humble myself before the mighty and merciful hand of God knowing that He will exalt me in His appointed time. I know that God is opposed to the proud, but gives abundant grace to the humble and is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. I give Praise to His Holy Name and will Worship Him in spirit and in truth.
FREEDOM CONFESSION #4
I declare the truth that I am NOW dead to sin, freed from it, and alive to God IN Christ Jesus. My old lifestyle died with Christ and I was raised into a NEW LIFE with Him. I now know that the law and all my best efforts were unable to impart life to me BUT the law of liberty IN Christ Jesus has set me free.
FREEDOM CONFESSION #5
I gladly embrace the truth that I am now a 'born-again' child of God, who is unconditionally loved and accepted by Father GOD. I reject the LIE that I have to perform to be accepted, and I REJECT my old, fallen, and natural identity which was derived from the world. I know that it is not what I do that determines who I am, but who I am IN Christ that determines what I do. OLD THINGS have passed away and ALL things about me have become NEW.
FREEDOM CONFESSION #6
I declare that sin is NO LONGER MASTER over me because I am not under the law, but under GRACE; and have NO MORE guilt and condemnation because I am spiritually ALIVE IN Christ JESUS. I am servant to a NEW covenant, not to the letter of the law, but to the SPIRIT of God. Serving the letter of the law kept me in bondage, but serving the Spirit of God gives me FREEDOM and NEW LIFE.
FREEDOM CONFESSION #7
I renounce every unrighteous use of my body, and I commit myself to no longer be conformed to the ways of this world. I commit rather to be transformed by the renewing of my mind with the WORD of GOD and freely choose to follow His ways. I choose to believe God's TRUTH and walk in it, regardless of my feelings or circumstances. Before I came to Christ my mind was programmed according to this world and I used my body as an instrument of unrighteousness that allowed sin to rule and control me. I now choose to WALK by Faith and NOT by sight.
FREEDOM CONFESSION #8
I purpose to take every thought captive to the obedience that is found IN Christ and His WORD. I choose to think upon ONLY that which is true, honorable, right, pure, and lovely. I know the Holy Spirit explicitly says that many will fall away from the faith, paying attention to deceitful spirits and doctrines of demons. I refuse to allow my soul to be corrupted by these evil spirits. I will RESIST their tactics IN JESUS Name.
FREEDOM CONFESSION #9
I commit myself to God's great goal for my life to conform to His IMAGE. I know that I will face many trials, but God has given me the ability to emerge VICTORIOUS every time. I am not a victim, but I AM an OVERCOMER IN Christ. The grace of God will enable me to triumph over every trial I face resulting in proven character as I APPLY Gods WORD to my life.
FREEDOM CONFESSION #10
I choose to adopt the attitude of Christ, which is to do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind I will regard others as more important than myself. I will daily seek GOD and not merely look to my own personal interests, but also the interest of others He puts on my heart. I know that it is more blessed to give than to receive and I choose to RECEIVE gladly from the Lord so that I may GIVE WHAT He says to WHOM He says.
